Returns and exchanges are possible upon such terms as stated hereunder:
(a) Damaged in shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us immediately at contact@mymommygoodness.com. Include a description of the damages with pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
(b) Important conditions for returns
Your happiness is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 30 days of receipt. ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 15TH AND DECEMBER 31ST ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WITHIN 60 DAYS DUE TO THE HOLIDAY SHOPPING SEASON. Simply write us an email at contact@mymommygoodness.com and we will get the process started for you. The product returned shall be inspected upon receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
(c) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Please note that you shall be responsible for the cost of returning an undamaged item to us. If the reason for the return is a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, then we shall bear the cost of return.
