Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Orders over $100 qualify for free U.S. shipping; however, we reserve the right to review and/or modify our free shipping offers at any time.
For international shipping: You will be responsible for any additional costs such as import duties etc., these fees shall be paid when the parcel is received; failure to do so will lead to the abandonment of the parcel, you will not be entitled to a refund if this occurs.

LOST PARCELS & DELIVERY ISSUES
We will not be liable to you in any way for orders delivered to any wrong address you supply to us when completing your order at the time of checkout. In a situation where we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of completing your order, we will not be liable to you for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order. In such cases, lost parcels or packages shall be the sole responsibility of the customer; however, we will strive to work with the courier service agents to see that your packages are retrieved and delivered to you.
CHARGEBACKS AND BANK DISPUTES
For any chargebacks and bank disputes, please contact us at contact@mymommygoodness.com and we will do everything within our power to resolve such issues directly with you based on the terms and conditions we have set for the use of the service. Any costs incurred by My Mommy Goodness due to chargebacks or disputes are the responsibility of the customer.
